Mukwej – Shipping Policy
At Mukwej, we aim to deliver your perfumes safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Other Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or festive rush.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered during special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp/SMS/email.
- You can track your package anytime through the courier partner’s website.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Mukwej is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- No one available to receive the package
6. Courier Partners
We use trusted shipping partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
- In rare cases, courier delays may happen due to operational issues.
- If your package is lost or extremely delayed, please contact us.
We will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated.
8. Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged:
- You must share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery.
- Without proof, we cannot process refunds or replacements.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Mukwej does not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India
