Mukwej – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Mukwej, we aim to provide high-quality perfumes and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at our support: [your email / WhatsApp number].
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
✔ Damaged Product Received
If your product arrives damaged, please share unboxing video + product photos within 24 hours of delivery.
✔ Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace or refund it.
3. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund
No refund will be given in these cases:
- If the perfume is used, opened, or bottle seal is broken.
- If the customer does not like the fragrance (personal preference).
- If no unboxing video is provided for damaged product claims.
- If the return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is provided only for damaged or wrong products.
- Replacement processing takes 3–5 business days after approval.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI.
