1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item sent).
- Returns due to change of mind, wrong size/variant choice, or preference are not eligible for refund unless explicitly stated.
- The eligible product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and supporting invoice/proof of purchase.
- The return request must be made within 4 days of delivery.
